Refund Eligibility Criteria

We understand that choosing the right database programming education is a significant decision. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our educational programs and the experience of all students.

Refund requests must be submitted within specific timeframes and meet certain conditions to qualify for processing.

Early Withdrawal

Students may request a full refund if they withdraw within the first 7 days of program commencement, provided they have not accessed more than 15% of the course materials.

Program Cancellation

If FuturonProgress cancels a program due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances beyond student control, participants receive a complete refund within 10 business days.

Medical Circumstances

Students facing serious medical issues that prevent program completion may qualify for partial refunds, evaluated case-by-case with appropriate documentation.

Refund Process and Timeline

Our refund process is straightforward and transparent. We've designed it to handle requests efficiently while ensuring proper verification of eligibility criteria.

  • Submit Written Request
    Send your refund request to info@futuronprogress.com with your full name, program details, and reason for withdrawal. Include any supporting documentation if applicable.
  • Initial Review (3-5 Business Days)
    Our education team reviews your request against policy criteria and may contact you for additional information or clarification.
  • Eligibility Determination
    You'll receive written notification of the decision, including refund amount if approved, or explanation if the request doesn't meet policy requirements.
  • Payment Processing (7-14 Days)
    Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on your financial institution.

The entire process typically takes 15-20 business days from request submission to refund completion. We'll keep you informed throughout each stage.

Payment Methods and Processing

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. This policy helps prevent fraud and ensures funds return to the appropriate account holder.

Credit Card Payments

Refunds to credit cards typically appear within 5-7 business days, though your bank may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Bank Transfers

Direct bank transfers for refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to Turkish banks, with international transfers taking 7-10 business days.

Alternative Methods

If the original payment method is no longer available, we'll work with you to arrange an alternative refund method after additional verification steps.

Processing fees charged by payment providers may not be refundable and could be deducted from the final refund amount.

Special Circumstances and Exceptions

While our standard policy covers most situations, we recognize that unique circumstances sometimes arise. We evaluate exceptional cases individually, always aiming for fair resolution.

Technical issues that significantly impact your learning experience are addressed through our technical support team first. If problems cannot be resolved and substantially affect your program participation, we may consider partial refunds or program transfers.

Students relocating for work or family reasons during the program may be eligible for transfer to future program dates rather than refunds. This option preserves your investment while accommodating life changes.

Refunds are generally not available for students who have completed more than 30% of their chosen program, regardless of satisfaction levels or changing circumstances.

Non-Refundable Situations

Certain situations do not qualify for refunds under our policy. Understanding these exclusions helps set clear expectations for all program participants.

  • Academic Performance
    Difficulty with course material, poor grades, or challenges meeting program requirements do not qualify for refunds. Our support team assists struggling students through additional resources.
  • Personal Schedule Changes
    Work schedule changes, family commitments, or other personal time management issues that develop after the initial grace period are not grounds for refunds.
  • Technology Requirements
    Students unable to meet stated technical requirements for database programming coursework, including software access or computer specifications, are not eligible for refunds.
